Pocket Roller provides free standard shipping on all orders.

No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated Delivery

Our current estimated delivery time is:

7–11 days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

• carrier disruptions;
• customs or border processing;
• severe weather;
• public holidays;
• incorrect addresses; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within:

1–3 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Tracking may take several days to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Where applicable, taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import charges or other fees imposed by local authorities unless those charges have already been collected at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your order has been lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate.

Where a package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

• check around the delivery location;
• ask household members;
• check with neighbours where appropriate; and
• contact the carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
