By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Pocket Roller products are intended for adult purchasers.

Pocket Roller is intended for use with lawful herbs, compatible paper products and other lawful materials.

We do not encourage, facilitate or authorise unlawful use.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

Current specifications for the Pocket Roller 8mm model include:

• rolling format: 8mm;
• length: approximately 138mm;
• weight: approximately 90g;
• manual operation;
• no batteries or electricity required; and
• multiple colour options.

Product colours may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and display settings.

4. Prices and Currency

US customers will normally see prices in USD.

Canadian customers will normally see prices in CAD.

The final price and currency applicable to your transaction will be displayed at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without notice.

5. Bundle Offers

Pocket Roller may offer bundle pricing including:

• 1 Pocket Roller;
• 2 Pocket Rollers;
• 3 Pocket Rollers.

Where mix-and-match colour selection is available, customers may choose different colours within eligible bundles.

Colour availability is subject to stock.

6. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• payment cannot be verified;
• fraud is suspected;
• pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
• inventory is unavailable;
• the shipping address cannot be serviced; or
• fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or approved third-party payment providers.

We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using Pocket Roller products appropriately and lawfully.

We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from:

• misuse;
• unlawful use;
• excessive force;
• product modification;
• improper cleaning; or
• use contrary to instructions.

All original content on this website, including:

• Pocket Roller branding;
• logos;
• graphics;
• photographs;
• product descriptions;
• website design; and
• marketing content

is owned by or licensed to Pocket Roller and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our store may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, fulfilment providers and shipping carriers.

We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties where liability cannot reasonably be attributed to us.
